Ersao is a Taiwanese inspired restaurant. They have two branches in Banawe, Quezon City, one is in Brgy Manresa and the other one, which we visited for the first time, is near Amoranto. The quality and taste of the food is more or less the same among all their branches.
My favorite among their dishes is their spicy chicken with rice. It's basically deep fried legit chicken nuggets served with crispy talbos or kangkong, not sure. It's breaded nicely, a little bit crispy on the outside but very tender on the inside. It's also very flavorful, does not taste salty, though the spiciness level could be notched a little higher. Also, one of our favorites is their version of Taiwanese chicken. The meat itself it bland for my taste but if you dip in the spicy vinegar sauce that comes with it, it brings a different flavor to the chicken chops. As for their drinks, they offer a variety of milk teas and shakes. I ordered their raspberry green tea which is very similar to the red tea of Tokyo Tokyo, while my gf ordered avocado shake and to my surprise, it tastes good, the fact I don't like avocado at all.
